After we receive your order, you will immediately receive an invitation to log into our secure portal where you can access important information about your closing, obtain our secure wire transfer instructions, and provide us with the necessary information about your closing.

After we receive your information, we will begin to process your file, order a title insurance commitment, lien search, and survey (if applicable).

Prior to closing, we will work with your realtor, lender, and all other parties to the transaction, to process your file, draft your closing documents, and provide you with regular updates about the status of your closing.

On the day of closing, we will either meet with you at our office to sign your documents, or coordinate an electronic or “mail away” closing that will allow you to sign remotely.

After closing, you can access your documents and other information about your closing at any time using our secure portal.
